No idling speed, poor atomization of the mixed gas, increased fuel consumption or no oil. This is due to the lack of regular cleaning and maintenance, resulting in serious fouling, so that the measuring hole, oil channel is not smooth, oil supply is blocked. 2. The acceleration pump tie rod is worn and deformed, which affects the normal operation of the sound again, and deteriorates the engine's power and the economy of small and medium loads. 3. The acceleration nozzle is blocked, the steel ball of the immersion oil valve is stuck by dirt or the filter screen of the acceleration pump is blocked, resulting in poor acceleration or difficulty in starting the cold car. 4. The mating surfaces of the upper, middle and lower bodies of the carburetor are deformed, and oil or air leakage occurs during operation, which causes a decrease in power and an increase in fuel consumption. In this case, the mating surface of the carburetor can be ground and installed. The oil inlet needle valve of the carburetor float chamber is not closed tightly, and the right side is too high, so it should be replaced in time. 5. The float spring is too soft or too hard, causing unstable control of the oil level in the float chamber, and "choking" will occur when the car is driving on uneven roads. It is necessary to replace the appropriate float spring in time. Once the carburetor fails, we must solve the fault in time to avoid the trouble for the use of agricultural machinery.
